2022 NALSO Show Exhibitor Contract

This EXHIBIT SPACE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is for exhibit space in the 2022 Nalso Show and is made by and between NALSO (“Show Management”) and the person or entity set forth below (“Exhibitor”). This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement when it has been signed by both Show Management and Exhibitor (facsimile signatures accepted as originals), and the Exhibitor has paid the deposit described in this Agreement.

  • Make checks payable to NALSO. Please mail or email this document to jessica@nalso.net. A copy will be sent to you upon acceptance. NALSO, 4558 Engen Road, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 50% of the total due upon contract agreement. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the NALSO show.

    Exhibitors shall have general liability insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 for the Show. ‘NALSO and Northern Pacific Center, Inc.’ must be named as additional insureds on the policy. A certificate of insurance with coverage dates/limits must be provided to Show Management sixty (60) days prior to the Event Date​.

    Exhibitors shall provide to Show Management a completed and executed Operator Certificate of Compliance (MN Revenue Form ST19) at least sixty (60) days prior to the Event.

    Show Management reserves the right to determine/designate booth set up time.

    Exhibitor agrees to display only products/brands/services referenced above.

    Exhibitor acknowledges that it has read and understands each of the terms of this Agreement, including the additional terms and conditions set forth in the Nalso Terms and Conditions Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Exhibitor shall comply with all rules and regulations of Brainerd Exchange and Northern Pacific Center, Inc. (“Show Facility”). Show Management will make the above-described space available to Exhibitor for the Show, subject to requirements of Show Facility, applicable governmental approvals, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

    By its authorized signatory below, Exhibitor agrees to adhere to and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
